All right, I found myself a little bit crazy and somehow acted differently from usual. I can feel the power of unidentified chemical substance streams down to my body which If today is counted, has lasting for couple of weeks. I need not a doctor to check if I were infected with swine flu, neither I need go meet CEO of KFC to report your chicken infected me with deathly bird flu virus. None these are seem necessary because I knew only one person has the potion to cure this craziness.

So, you’ve knew what’s bother me?Yes, it has to do with love but you left “unrequited” word behind. Oh!my, Ajer is in love! – Yeah, that would be the words to tease me right, later in the campus or sooner in the comment box. Which of it, I don’t really care because I was always made fun and used by others. I can understand, if you encountered really hard question with regards to question of fact or law, you guys will see me and I will certainly understand why you were looking for me, simply because I am the only person whom have such ability and credibility-LOL.

But, the most probably a good reason to get shock with my post today is I might look so different than before. I bet you must wrongly predict what the latest post I’m going to write about. If not Anwar Ibrahim, you bet I’m going to condemn Khairy Jamaluddin. If not Barisan Nasional, you will make up your mind saying that I will talk about Dr Mahathir. And I also knew for a reason why I used to get associated with this things. These all are because I used to be a serious person and boring often. Yet, there is nothing wrong about it as all these are relevant to me, but today your prediction is wrong.

I’ve posted a love-letter to whom I really concerned and that love-letter is served to be immortal. I realized I cannot make it like the Sonnet with all words imposed me, but there is one corner in my heart wanted her to feel and read it as same way as I did. I knew flaws are seem everywhere, but please don’t expect me to be like the true Shakespeare. Allow me to be your own Shakespeare in your very own heart with my very own way. I do not know if that letter will make her sorry. The least I know the romantics would call this a luckless romance and the cynics would call it a tragedy. Whichever it is, traits that her possess – god obedience, intelligence, confidence, strenght of spirit and passion are traits that inspired me to greatness.

One thing that annoyed me most is whenever people try to talk by way of criticizing and self-claimed as highbrow; which they tend to come up with very shallow knowledge and minimal passion on the particular interest. Hell no, you are not going to talk on the issue if you don’t belong to the passion and knowledge of the particular subject because you are just making yourself as a loon clown behind the façade of stupidity and arrogant. It won’t make your life better indeed; if people know you are just bull shitting something that other people know better than you. Imagine, how you are suppose to hide your face if you caught on bull shitting the fact that aero plane is fueled by naphthalene and strongly dissenting it is not kerosene that fuel the jet to fly?? Although, the actuality is kerosene that fuel the jet to fly not naphthalene that used as wetting agent for commercial applications like in agricultural sector. I am afraid there is no place to hide the blushing face as normal reaction will either you’ll be laughed or no room for you to claim defeat. And that’s what makes things worse; where some people are in self-denial to accept the shame defeat in afraid of he or she will be laughed for the mistake. Normally, what does really happen either he will accuse you as someone who does not want to accept the reality and reject you at the first instance before him being rejected by others (so called as dismissing attachment style) or simply succumbed by the opponent. Whichever the way, certainly both is painful and not gracious and pleasant for everyone. So, the best way to make yourself pleasant is simply shut your mouth tight and don’t ever start it first. It’s okay to listen and it’s okay to speak but in manner that people perceive you as knowledgeable person. It would be rare and hideous if you try to argue with somebody that owns largest factory of knowledge like lecturer or perhaps brilliant student that getting higher grades than you. This is because you tend to be measured as someone that possesses such lower IQ and sometimes EQ. Of course, you are not going to criticize someone’s idol because yours might be different from them. Same thing goes to the political issue which involves matter of principles that has the effect to the country leadership as well as the citizen like corrupt leader for instance. Would you sacrifice for your own needs to ask somebody who goes against the candidate practicing money politics to shut up his mouth and ask him to leave?! Sure, you won’t as this concern with people’s right to choose what kind of government that suits best for the citizen. Again, people are tend to make this mistake by criticizing others which he does not hold or possesses a little knowledge about it. Everyone has to realize that every single person is born with different passion and enthusiasm. You may be born with passion on motorcycles or talking to the amateur radio but it’s not necessarily same as like mine which my passions is more on politics and recording my own BBC News and post it on YouTube. So, respecting the boundaries that differentiate us could make less hot air. But how we want to deal with others who seems do not respect us? Well, they will get into realize soon or even now when reading this writing. Truthfully, I intended to post this to someone whom I really close to with. It’s not a matter of making mistakes or feels envy with in this life but more on believing in wisdom isn’t about not making mistakes but about learning to escape afterwards with our dignity, sanity and friendship intact. After all, you have read my very original feelings about how I am very loathe with snobby but it does not mean I immune to misdeeds. As for what I did, I pleaded guilty as charged and seek forgiveness for the past.

“Do harm to no man” and that’s what Aquinas uphold in his life till to his last breath. Logically speaking, it seems immutable to mete out what is right and what is wrong for us, as the faith lays there. Sometimes and too often, it could be further worsened by the hardliner people pursuing his favourite politician ideology. Whatever they want off the top of their heads, they defend it no matter how absurd. This is somewhat sadden me a lot. Though, in today’s society, I can’t really understand; if a person done morally wrong and prescribes others to behave wrongly, shall we support their notion? Surprising me enough, they shouting on reformation for our democracy approach, he claims he is the voice of democracy, but how could they ask such honourable MPs of right wing to hoop for reformist party?! It is totally undemocratic and against the will of the constituencies they run for. Nevertheless, they are violated their own ideology and manifestos. Somehow, people are just too keen to achieve their dreams irrespective what the consequences may come. And that’s so unfortunate for the Malays.

I deplore those defector MPs whom intended to crossover for the sake of self-interest. They should be accountable for misuse of mandate given by people of their constituencies. In any what circumstances if they feel they have lost their confidence to PM, they should in proper manner resign from the post. I am quite sure with this demeanour they are actually retaining their dignity contrary by manner of crossover to other party. However, in the past we’ve learned that PM won’t be easily toppled by any chance no matter it is favouring the opposition or not. The main threat for PM to secure his job is within the UMNO. It’s up to UMNO members to choose a leader in their next general assembly who in their judgment may be able to command confidence among members. But it seems no one dares to challenge the present leadership because of the terror they might face, except those who are vocally criticise inside UMNO and those who are in favour to opposition. After all, it depends on us to decide what kind of government is good for us because that’s how democracy works indeed. No matter how gormless you are, you have right to participate in democracy process. Let me reiterate my stand I won’t be favour to neither any right wing party nor opposition party but what I’m trying to write is a matter of principle which I uphold it. When it comes to something that for sure is wrong and erroneous, I can’t simply shut my mouth tight.

4. Satu lagi peristiwa yang memalukan ialah apabila Kerajaan hantar seorang Menteri untuk minta maaf daripada Kerajaan Cina kerana kononnya wanita rakyat negara Cina telah ditelanjang oleh polis dan ini direkod dalam video.

5. Kemudian didapati wanita itu bukan rakyat negara Cina dan bukan pun Cina Malaysia. Dia adalah seorang perempuan Melayu.

6. Sebaliknya, apabila orang yang bukan Melayu mengeluar perkataan atau catitan yang boleh ditafsir sebagai racist, orang Melayu tidak pernah tuntut supaya pihak berkuasa memohon maaf.

7. Dalam Memo Hindraf ke Perdana Menteri UK banyak perkataan yang terlampau dan racist terdapat didalamnya. Contoh:

a) Kerajaan dikatakan dibantu oleh “Islamic Extremist violent armed terrorists” (orang Melayu)

b) Mereka berkata Kerajaan Malaysia melakukan “Ethnic Cleansing” iaitu Kerajaan sedang membunuh dan menghapuskan orang Tamil.

c) 100 orang keturunan India “ditetak dan dibunuh oleh Kerajaan yang dikuasai oleh UMNO.” Perbuatan ini kononnya adalah “mini genocide” (pembunuhan beramai-ramai mini)

d) Tiap tiga minggu kuil Hindu diroboh.

e) Kerajaan yang kononnya dikuasai oleh UMNO telah lancar serangan bersenjata dengan 600 anggota polis, polis simpanan, pelampau Islam dan pengganas (terrorist) bersenjata (orang Melayu).

f) Pegawai Bandaraya dan Polis dikatakan membaling batu dan menyerang orang Hindu dengan pisau, kayu dan batang besi. Kononya 20 orang Hindu mengalami cedera parah.

8. Tulisan dalam memo Hindraf ini bukan sahaja racist tetapi juga “seditious”(hasutan).

9. Seorang penuntut universiti Wee Meng Chee telah perlekehkan Negaraku dengan mengguna lagu Negaraku tetapi dengan lirik yang mempermainkan sembahyang dan azan orang Melayu (Islam). Azan dijadikan duet lagu cinta.

10. Apakah mereka dikehendaki memohon maaf? Apakah pemimpin mereka dikehendaki memohon maaf? Jauh sekali. Sebenarnya Wee dipertahan oleh pemimpin-pemimpin parti Cina dan anggota Hindraf dibebaskan daripada tahanan dan ada yang dengan bebasnya bertanding dalam pilihanraya dan menang menjadi wakil rakyat.

11. Mereka menuntut supaya tidak ada diskriminasi oleh Kerajaan. Tetapi nampaknya mereka bukan sahaja bebas malah mendapat kehormatan dengan dipanggil “Yang Berhormat” setelah berkata perkataan yang amat keterlaluan bahkan merupa hasutan.

12. Soalnya kenapakah Kerajaan berat sebelah, menyembunyi kata-kata racist Hindraf tetapi melapur dengan meluas apa yang dikatakan oleh pemimpin Melayu. Kenapakah Menteri keturunan India atau ketua-ketua kaum India tidak dikehendaki memohon maaf?

13. Sesungguhnya keadaan hubungan antara kaum bukan lebih baik hasil PRU 2008, tetapi ia menjadi amat buruk. Mungkin saya dituduh sebagai menyumbang kepada keadaan melalui tulisan saya. Tetapi pada saya amatlah tidak adil jika satu pihak dapat kebebasan sedangkan pihak yang ditohmah tidak boleh buka mulut.

Kelemahan pemimpin UMNO yang sangat ketara. Takut mengaku sebagai Melayu tetapi bangga menjadi pemimpin Melayu. Sanggup mengaut keuntungan dengan menjadi pemimpin Melayu. Tetapi cukup MEMALUKAN bagi pemimpin Melayu takut mempertahankan bangsa Melayu.

IT seems to me that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is suffering from paranoid delusions. His preoccupation with what he sees as political conspiracy against him is doing his reputation and credibility, such as it is, enormous damage.

To compound the growing cynicism about his version of events, he has not, to date, been able to produce any verifiable evidence to support his contention.

As far as I am concerned, and for all practical purposes, his claim of victimisation at the evil hands of the authorities is just so much political posturing, and has to be viewed, sadly, as a ploy to gain sympathy for his cause and confuse the gullible in our midst.

And there are many who see a conspirator in every nook and corner, in much the same way that Americans, at the height of McCarthyism, looked under the bed before retiring for the night, half expecting to find a communist lurking there.

While Anwar expects the highest standards of proof in others, he is somehow both careless and cavalier about his own. He has made the preposterous accusation that the charge of sodomy brought against him by his former aide is part of a diabolically clever plot to stop his prime ministerial ambitions dead in their tracks.

That, too, must remain a matter for conjecture unless it can be proved otherwise. Many Malaysians await Anwar’s irrefutable evidence with bated breath.

Does he not realise that many people can, and will, draw their own conclusions about the real reason behind his persistent refusal to give his blood for the purpose of a DNA test?

Let us get that over and done with so that the police can make a quick determination as to whether or not he had been maliciously accused of something he is innocent of.

Readers will no doubt recall that when he was in custody 10 years ago, he accused the authorities of administering arsenic to poison him.

All very dramatic, and the world was understandably aghast and shocked by that revelation.

Independent tests done in Australia, however, proved negative. Anwar showed absolutely no remorse about his having blackened his country’s good name and reputation.

On the premise that there is one law for all, no one should reasonably expect normal police criminal investigation procedures to be set aside or compromised on the spurious ground of a lack of trust in the police. What is the evidence for this?

Anwar, for all his political savvy, now runs the risk of being likened to “the boy who cried wolf” — once too often.

He should submit himself voluntarily to the DNA test, and if need be, under an independent expert observer group if this would help.

The police have been more accommodating in his case than I have seen in some others. And if he is innocent of the charge against him, there is “nothing to fear, but fear itself”.

Conspiracy or no, even Anwar must know that the devil is in the detail: how does he propose to seize power except by resorting to unprincipled political machinations and manipulations?

He has to show that he has not totally abandoned his moral and ethical principles and this is the only way that he will ever recover the moral and intellectual high ground that he once occupied.

The moral support of right thinking people everywhere that he could at one time take for granted is beginning to wear thin.

What has happened to the mass exodus to his camp of ethically deficient political malcontents from The Land Below The Wind, across the South China Sea, that he predicted with an almost messianic zeal and prophetic certainty to help him topple the government and transform the nation?

He has done our Sabah politicians grave injury to their reputation. They have proved that they stand by certain personal values and standards of ethical behaviour.

I cannot imagine anything baser and more grotesque than attempting to corrupt and seduce perfectly decent and honourable parliamentarians to betray the trust of the voters who had put them there in the first place to represent them in their constituencies.

What kind of message is Anwar sending to the people of this country, and in particular to the young people now beginning to take an interest in political issues?

Dislodge the government by all means, if this is your purpose in life, but there is a time and place as provided under our electoral process.

The place is the ballot box, and the time is the 13th general election.

This is all part of our democratic system and what business have any of us to bring about a change of administration outside of the legal electoral framework?

I am well aware of the opposition song-and-dance about what they claim to be a defective electoral system before every election. But this constant refrain about the unfairness of it all is muted, now that the same defective process that they used to vent their spleen on with demonic vehemence has catapulted them into power in five states.

I suppose even they must now admit that it has not been that bad, after all, for those who were not expected to pick more than a few crumbs off the floor.

Anwar has made great play of his having to remove his clothes for his medical examination and implied that he was being singled out for special treatment.

I am assured by my doctor friends that it is normal procedure for certain types of examination. Many of us have been through this and we were none the worse for wear.

In my own case, on my visit to Israel two years ago, I was asked very politely to remove all my clothes by airport security.

More than at any time in my entire life, faced with the prospect of having to bare all, and not even paid for it in front of total strangers, I remembered my mother, thinking how right she had been to remind my brother and I always to wear clean underpants!

Like Anwar, I did not like the strip act one little bit, but unlike him, I did not kick up a fuss and neither did I call a press conference to denounce this “barbaric” practice against a senior United Nations official which was what I was at the time.

If I had been gripped by paranoia, I suppose I would have seen the whole exercise as being specially devised to humiliate me, a Muslim.

It was a security requirement and I respected their right to do everything possible in the interests of their country’s security.

Anwar should desist from involving the international community in what is essentially a simple case. He somehow feels that the United States, the European Union and Japan should fight a proxy war against his country to shield him from the due process of law of his country.

I do not claim, naturally, to speak for other Malaysians, but there are people I know personally who are beginning to suspect his motives. It is poetic justice.

We must all take responsibility for our actions, and if we feel that we have been defamed or otherwise unfairly accused, we should place ourselves in the hands and at the mercy of the courts.

Anwar should submit himself to the country’s criminal justice system like the rest of his fellow Malaysians and lead by example.

He is, after all, according to his supporters, a prime minister-in-waiting. I hope they are not holding their breath.

We are all getting a little sick and tired of the “Anwar factor” that is turning out to be an absolutely unnecessary distraction at a time when we need to get on with our lives.

Shall it be said as exhausted or excited? These two head word, I supposed, are the most often word I used in my new day as a law student. I repeatedly counting myself to a certain level that I would do every best that I can, but was regularly over-shadowed by fresco of my parents in mind. It would be easy for me to say that at to this moment, my determination and willingness to achieve my goal is in over optimum but still under control. The same description and feeling goes to the two head word. Some minutes, I found it was too excruciating to live as a law student and some hours, I found my self really enjoyed making friends. The only thing that I could bear in mind is to make my parents proud of me and determined to achieve the goal. Though, I realized that it wouldn’t be as easy as licking up our fingers. It takes a lot of determination in sacrificing time for pleasure as well as our determination in achieving the goal till the end of second.

Bickering something technically small issue is what I won’t do. Free from argument is something that I desired most especially for this country. I’m not talking about myself, but to the latest scenario of our politics ploy. Accusing others committing crimes, in the same time facing a very serious allegation in the court is something that very distressing for us to hear. Instead focusing on his cooperation to the police, he is simply just enough to accuse police for being not so integrity and fabricate the royal police stand and believe. Recent political woe has concerned me a lot.

Instability in governance as well as unity among races must be adjusted as agile as possible. Provocation and intimidation posed by the opposition which I described as too harsh may someday repeat the long unforgotten history of 13 May. Racial tension I believed is the most sensitive issue currently played by opposition to spark uneasiness and riots particularly among Chinese and Indian. It is so obvious, tactics which being used by opponents is similar to what politician describes as real politics. Real politics because approving unchecked facts to be used as a weapon to confuse people which has the real power in democracy system. Twisting facts too, nevertheless, has caused vast manipulation in history of civilization. Practices of civil norms are away from our today’s society. That has saddened me a lot.

Bad governance particularly in instilling good value to people of Malaysia may be one of the reasons why some people acting out of boundary. Line which separating good and bad practice found to be easily crossed as a result of being too soft and coward. Embracing Malaysian must be particularly focused in setting up clean and positive attitude. However, due to incautious with actions, it has posed miserable for Malaysian. Stern action without any compromise should become a strong fundamental in protecting peace and nation interests. Lesson should become a true lesson for people who dare to jeopardize peace and harmony to our country.

Rite..this is my first entry for this month…quite late. I spent my weeks staying at my new dig at Kuantan. Though, not really comfortable as in KK, but I believe this is the best hospitality I have ever served by government of Malaysia. No complaint at all except for limited access to internet. I supposed to say that we deserve a wider coverage of Wi-Fi but at least it is okay with a small lab computer., as long as I can blogging. My purpose of being here is for reading law and it takes a year and half. Prior to that, I am very much ethusiatic in writing my experience that I’ve been through for a week at the city centre of Jengka(people used to call CCJ, although it is not really a big city). Torture,extortion and intimidation is none of them. It is fun,happening and SYOK!wakaka…yeah it was really okay. Though no more 1 bath per day, we didn’t too smell actually. Hummm…sometimes quite boring and dull but as far as general public concerned orientation week is never stray away from its objective which is “Introduction to a new place”.

My first trip to Jengka was unbelievable. Jungle,jungle and jungle surrounding the place. When I was arrived at UiTM Jengka, I was stunned. Amazingly huge and relaxing. I do love the scenery view. I saw some trees, but the only tree that I could recognise was durian, because from far I can see the durian. After took break about an hour at Jengka, my family decided to stay at Jerantut. It is so difficult to find a nice and suitable place for us to sleep. Lastly, we managed to get Jerantut.

The next day, I was ready for registration at UiTM Jengka. Again, hutan,hutan,and hutan surrounding our journey from Jerantut to Jengka which took about half an hour. The warm welcoming really touched me. My registration was really smooth; no long que and instantly I got my room’s key. I spent about 10 minutes exploring my hostel. Huh, 1 room 4 persons and indeed it is too small. Thank god, I only spent a week at here. Then moved to Kuantan Campus.

Robert Kuok still tops Malaysia’s rich list with US$10b

SINGAPORE, May 22 — Tycoon Tan Sri Robert Kuok continues to maintain his lead position as Malaysia’s richest man in the latest Forbes Asia’s rich list. Kuok, 84, who has many businesses, including Hong Kong property and media interests, and most notably palm oil giant Wilmar, increased his net worth by US$2.4 billion last year to hit US$10 billion. The latest ranking list also saw Berjaya Corp’s Tan Sri Vincent Tan joining the billionaires’ club, Forbes Asia said in a news release here. There are 10 billionaires in the list this year, one more than last year. Tan, who rose from 14th to ninth position, has a net worth of US$1.3 billion, up nearly US$1 billion from last year. Forbes Asia said Tan’s company Berjaya Corporation had bucked the trend with its stock price up nearly three-fold over the past 12 months. Tan reigns over a vast US$4 billion — combined sales — network of enterprises spanning industries such as gaming, media, telecom, consumer products and retail as well as real estate. Still in second place is Ananda Krishnan, who heads telecom company Maxis. But his wealth dipped to US$7.2 billion, which is US$200 million less than last year. The third richest in the list is IOI Corporation group executive chairman Tan Sri Lee Shin Cheng, who was ranked fourth last year, but as the oil palm plantation giant soared in value, his wealth rose from US$1.6 billion to US$5.5 billion, Forbes Asia said. The highest new entry is Puan Sri Lee Kim Hua, widow of renowned gaming tycoon Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong who was ranked third last year but died in October. She and her family are worth US$3.4 billion and ranked fifth, even as son Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, who runs Genting, is listed on his own with US$345 million, putting him in 15th place. Dear readers, recently, I was contacted by teacher from India through my social networking, Think.com and she was asking me regarding our education system. Here’s what I’m writing.

Thank you for your wonderful greetings! Sure, it is my pleasure to introduce you our education system in Malaysia. Basically, in Malaysia two ministries are responsible for providing full and comprehensive education to all Malaysian ranging from Pre-education and primary education to Secondary and Tertiary education. There are Minister of Education (MOE) which leading education for pre, primary and secondary schools including Matriculation College while other ministry called Ministry of Higher Education conducting tertiary education for SPM (O-Level), STPM (A-Level) and Foundation Leavers.

Pre Education – Under MOE and Welfare Ministry

Although Pre-Education is not compulsory for Malaysian, mostly parents sending their children to Pre-E to give early exposure for education world. Currently, Malaysian Government has setup Pre-E school at rural area while in urban, private sector dominating the space. Registered pre-schools are subjected to zoning regulations and must comply with other regulations such as health screening and fire hazard assessment. Many of the preschools are located in high density residential areas where normal residences which comply with the regulations of the Welfare Ministry are converted for this purpose. Some private schools have pre-school sections. Other pre-school programmes are run by religious groups. Maximum age for Pre-E is 6 years old while no minimum age regulated.

Primary School – Under MOE

All kids age 7 are subjected to attend primary school till age 12. It is illegal for parents not sending them to any national schools or private schools. Primary education consists 6 years learning referred as year 1 till year 6. In order to examine the students’ abilities, year 6 will undergo standardized test call UPSR. Subjects that tested are Malay Comprehension, English, Mathematics, Science, Chinese Language and Tamil Language. English and Mathematics are tested in English. Students who achieve excellent result will gain admission into Fully-Residential schools or known as SM SAINS.

Lower Secondary – Under MOE

Those who are age 13 to 15 will pursue their study in lower secondary. They frequently referred as Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3 student. At the end of the year, Form 3 students will sitting Lower Secondary Evaluation (PMR) which set by Malaysia Examination Syndicate. Based on choice, they will be streamed into either the Science stream or Arts stream. The Science stream is generally more desirable. Students are allowed to shift to the Arts stream from the Science stream, but rarely vice-versa. Those who are chosen to enroll their study at Fully Residential School or SM Sains (Stand for Science Boarding School) will be streamed to science stream.

Upper secondary – Under MOE

After obtaining PMR results, students who did well in examination, will be streamed to Science Boarding School or SM Sains. They will take up 10 compulsory subjects which are Malay Language, English, History, Islamic Studies/Moral Studies, Chemistry, Physics, Additional Mathematics (Further Maths), Biology, Mathematics (regular) and English for Science and Technology. However, in some other boarding school, students have to taking up 12 subjects with additional to Accounting and English literature. Some students are very keen to take up 20 subjects in O-Level and this has been allowed by Ministry of Education. For your information, students of Science Boarding School are required to take up at least one foreign language. Foreign languages that offered are French, Japanese, Chinese, German and Arabic. In my former school, I was taking up French.

For those who choose not to study at Boarding school, they could pursue their study at daily school known as Sekolah Menengah (High School or Secondary School). However, in daily school, no foreign language is offered.

Exta-Curicular activity

All Students in Malaysia must join at least 3 extra curricular activities such as Uniform Body (such as Scout, Police Cadet, Military Cadet, and Girl Guide), Society, Sports and Games, and Clubs. Marks will be credited to students who are active in all activities and the marks are required to pursue study at University.
